Bad News from Venice, where I spent five days to sketch the exposition "Where Alvaro meets Aldo" with other three artists.
The Ministry of Culture of Portugal promise us free accommodation, free transport (inside and outside) and free food (we just had to pay before) in exchange of a drawing reportage.
I decided to trust them.
It was a shame that, when I returned home I try to contact the director of the Ministry but she didn't reply.
Likely I didn't give my sketches to them, but I loose a lot of money, despite the lovely time I spent with great artists in a beautiful city.
So sad.

SKETCHCRAWL around North Italy

During the last sketchcrawl I was in the north of Italy, helping my brother with the move.

The sun was shining upon me so we took a lot of chances to draw what we see, and why not? take time to have lunch in Venice!

Due ore di ritardo. Alla stazione Termini aspetto con pazienza (non tanta, o almeno, dopo un adeguato sfogo mi calmo..) il treno. Destinazione : Venezia Mestre!

Disegnare ancora, in treno, in macchina, ospiti di parenti..

per finire sul bus che ci porterà a Venezia..questo fantastico Lido..come non essere pieni di tutta questa bellezza?
